Parish Athletics

All students from Year 3 to Year 6 headed down to the Westernport Athletics Track last Thursday for our Annual Parish Athletics Carnival.  All three Parish Primary Schools enjoyed participating in a variety of track and field events. Students participated in their house colours and the points from each event were tallied up from students across all three schools St Brendan's in Somerville, St Mary's in Hastings and St Joseph's in Crib Point for an overall colour champion. Well done to Yellow House (Williams for us).  Every particiapant received house points across the day.  We were very lucky to have students from Padua College come along and assist Marshalling at the events. It was lovely to see Charlotte and Anne help out with Discus.  We had parents cheering us along and helping Marshall age groups.  Thank you for your support to assist in running days like this.

The District Athletics team will be finalised from results at the event and from PE classes with Mrs Kirkpatrick in the next few days.
