Parent and Caregiver Survey 2026
We are asking you to complete a short survey called the Parent and Caregiver Survey (PaCS). This survey helps us understand your experiences at our school and how we can improve.
Your answers will help us improve our school, better support your child’s learning and create a positive and welcoming school environment.
The survey is anonymous, so your privacy is protected.

Answer all questions
The PaCS survey closes on Sunday 30 August. Once you have completed the survey, please complete the permission slip on the hard copy note already sent home and return it to your child’s teacher. To encourage community participation, the class with the most responses will receive additional playtime during the last few weeks of the term.
From Term 3 Week 7, we will be surveying all students K-6 and our teaching and non-teaching staff to gather data about how we can improve Hurstville Public School. If you do not want your child to complete the survey, please let your child’s teacher know at your earliest convenience.
