Student Services

Moved house? New phone number? Changed email?
If you have any changes in your contact details, please let the school know by emailing Student Services at APHS.StudentReception762@schools.sa.edu.au
Please include the student's full name, as well as your own so we can make the change and keep you up to date with information.
Lost property
We would like to remind everyone that lost property is being held at the Student Services Office, including school uniform items.
If your child has misplaced any belongings during the year, please encourage them to visit Student Services and check the lost property collection.
Parents and caregivers are also welcome to visit the office if you wish to look for any missing items that may belong to your family.
If items are named, we can easily them return so we encourage you to label items with student's first and last name. We appreciate your support in helping us return these belongings to their rightful owners.
Student absences
Please text 0429 558 004 for all student absences, late arrivals or early departures, also include the time your child will be arriving late or leaving early. Please note this is a text only number and cannot receive calls.
If you need to speak to a member of student services, please call 870 4455 and select option 1.
Extended absences of 5 or more school days, require an exemption. Please email student services APHS.StudentReception762@schools.sa.edu.au and we can provide advice and the application form for you.
Upcoming change to Daymap attendance notifications
Please be advised of an upcoming change in Daymap regarding attendance notifications.
From now on, the daily unexplained absence message, which is currently sent between 10:30 am and 11:00 am, will be distributed by 9:30 am.
Additionally, the message will only reflect absences from Caregroup (8:45 am–8:55 am), rather than from Caregroup, lesson 1 and lesson 2 as previously reported.
We hope these adjustments will offer an improved experience for everyone. We welcome your feedback on the new process.
Reminder: safe and respectful school bus expectations
