M3 Classroom News
It has been another fantastic week in M3!
In Writing, students have been learning how to improve the settings in their narratives. We have been carefully choosing interesting adjectives to describe our settings and using similes with ‘like’ and ‘as’ to help our readers imagine the places in our stories. We are becoming more descriptive writers and bringing our settings to life!
In Maths, we have been applying addition and subtraction strategies to solve real-life money problems. Students have been busy planning a party, adding up the costs of different items and working out the total expenses. This has been a fun way to practise our money skills while developing our problem-solving abilities.
Well done, M3, for another wonderful week of learning!
