Dear School Community,

Update to Uniform Purchases with School Savings Bonus. We’re reaching out to inform you of a change we are implementing in regards uniform purchases through the School Savings Bonus program. Recently, we’ve noticed some unusual purchasing behaviour that could impact the intended purpose of the School Savings Bonus program which is the accessibility of uniforms for all families. To maintain this accessibility, we are introducing a purchasing limit of five units per item per voucher (enough for each day of the school week). This change is intended to make sure we have fair distribution of uniforms while also helping us manage stock levels, particularly during the busy back-to-school period. While these limits will assist in ensuring steady availability, we want to be transparent that some shortages may still occur due to the significant increase in demand that we've observed with the School Savings Bonus purchases and as we react to purchasing behaviours like the ones referenced in this letter. We will continue to actively monitor stock levels and will respond as quick as possible to demand as best as we can. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
