Hello from 1A
What a wonderful year we’ve had together in 1A!
As the year comes to an end, we have been reflecting on our favourite memories from Year 1:
My favourite part of Year 1 was…
Danielle - “free play on Friday afternoons when I play teachers.”
Zoe - “swimming lessons in Term 4.”
Eleanor - “my teacher Miss Anderson and our aide Sarah.”
Evie - “the start of grade 1 when we got to play with playdoh and meet our teacher.”
Marley - “reading, writing, free play on Friday’s, my teacher, specialists, UFLI, and having a helper teacher (Sarah)”
Xavier S - “going to King Swim in Term 4 because I go there on Sunday.”
Summer - “making slime and going to Coal Creek- it was so much fun!”
Brianna - “seeing Miss Anderson and Sarah everyday.”
Mitchell - “Everything! Everyday!”
Georgia - “making new friends and playing with them outside at Recess and Lunch.”
Marli J - “the Christmas concert when we did a dance to, Santa Wear your Shorts”
Lola - “going to Coal Creek for our excursion.”
Hunter - “all the excursions.”
Ethan - “spending time with my class!”
Emily - “if anyone is sad or nervous Miss Anderson helps us.”
Aspen - “maths problem solving and my best friend Rylee!”
Will - “swimming and the Christmas concert”
Peyton- “drawing with my friend Isla.”
Polly - “playing with my friends and going to school swimming.”
Leo - “the Christmas concert and when I play soccer with my friends in the big soccer pitch.”
Blake - “seeing you all everyday! And especially seeing Miss Anderson and Sarah everyday!”
Isla - “my teachers!”
Amelia – “playing with my friends Georgia and Emily, recess times and going on excursions.”
Rylee - “playing with my friends din our playtime in class on Friday afternoons.”
Xavier B - “definitely the Christmas concert when I got to BBQ the Turkey!”
As sad as it is for our year together to end, I am so incredibly proud of each student and know that they will have a wonderful year next year in Year 2.
