Dear Parents, Carers and Grandparents   

A very special thank you for your wonderful support for our Book Week and Book Fair in the library this term.    

We hope you had as much fun as we did celebrating the annual Children's Book Council of Australia (CBCA) Book Week with your children, our students.  

Thank you again to all of our amazing volunteers, Karen, Maggie and Grace and all the teachers and students that helped us with the Book Fair.  

Special thanks also to all of the families that purchased a book and donated it to our library. 

We are happy to report that we raised $2,463 from the Book Fair.  These funds will be used to purchase books and resources for our library.  

We also received $200 worth of free books for hosting the Author Visit and also $200 of free books for hosting a Lamont Book Fair. 

Thank you once again everyone, it was a tremendous effort!

The Victorian Premiers' Reading Challenge is now officially CLOSED. 

Congratulations to the following students for completing the Challenge.

You will receive your certificate next term, and we will celebrate you at our assembly. 

There are plenty of school holiday activities for your children to stay active and entertained at the State Library and our local libraries.

The Pauline Gandel Children's Quarter is a purpose-built space for children and families to read, learn and play, with an associated program of activities.
