Term 3 is always one of the most exciting times of the year in the library. This term brings the much-anticipated celebrations of Book Week and our annual Book Fair, filling the library with creativity, imagination, and a love of reading. Students have enjoyed discovering new books, participating in engaging activities, and celebrating the stories that inspire, entertain, and connect us. It has been wonderful to see our library buzzing with enthusiastic readers and learners throughout the term.

A Gentle Reminder About Damaged Library Books

Accidents happen, and I understand that sometimes library books may become damaged at home. Please don’t worry and more importantly, please don’t try to repair the book yourself.  Simply return the book to the library as soon as possible, along with a quick explanation of what happened. I appreciate your honesty and care in helping us keep our library collection in the best possible condition for everyone to enjoy.

Reading for just 20 minutes a day can expose children to millions of words each year, helping to strengthen literacy skills and broaden their knowledge of the world.
