Term 1 Curriculum Contributions now due 

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the educational experience of our students we rely on your support in the form of Curriculum Contributions.

Your voluntary contribution helps us provide enriched learning opportunities and improved resources for all students. 

If you are able and willing to contribute, we would greatly appreciate your support. 

We thank you for your continued partnership in your child’s education. 

GSC Payment options

In addition to Compass, we also have other payments options that can be utilised for your convenience.

BPay and Direct deposit are available, so you can set up a payment to the school that can be used at your direction for Curriculum Contributions, sports, excursions or camps. 

Either of these options are a great “set and forget” way of never missing a payment for a sports event, excursion, camp or for the yearly Curriculum Contributions. 

Please contact Katrina at Katrina.robertson@education.vic.gov.au or the front office for your BPay code or the school direct deposit details and your family code. 

Excursion Permissions and Payments 

Excursions on Compass close for permission and payment three days before the event occurs.  This allows the school time to confirm transport and staffing requirements.  Please ensure you give permission and payment in a timely manner, so your child does not miss out on attending. Any student without permission and/or payment will not be able to attend and will need to remain at school.

If you wish to pay for an excursion using CSEF or credit on your account, please action the permission on Compass and choose pay by CSEF/Credit option. 

CSEF – Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund 2026 reminder 

CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the cost of school trip or camps, sporting activities, outdoor education programs, excursions and incursions and graduations.
