From the Office

School Holiday Front Office Operation
The Front Office will be operating with minimal staffing over the upcoming school holiday period. For urgent matters during the term break that cannot wait until the start of Term 2, families may contact the Front Office directly on 02 6049 3400. If your call is unable to be answered immediately, please leave a message and a return call will be made within one business day.
Please also note that teaching staff will be on leave during this period, and emails sent to teachers may not be responded to until the commencement of Term 2. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
We thank you for your support and wish all families a safe and enjoyable break.
Family Legal/Formal Arrangements
There are many families within our community who have formal and legal arrangements between parents regarding their children. When these arrangements involve students at Trinity, it is helpful for the College to have a copy of the relevant documents. This ensures that the College can uphold the agreements established by parents and, where applicable, by the court.
If you have documents that affect how the College communicates or interacts with a student’s parents, such as Family Court Orders or Parenting Plans (signed by both parties), please provide a copy to the College by emailing principalpa@trinityac.nsw.edu.au.
Providing these documents helps the College support your child effectively while respecting the arrangements you have in place.
2026 Student Background Data Collection
Trinity Anglican College, along with other Independent, Catholic and Government schools, collects Student Background Data (SBD) on behalf of the Australian Curriculum and Reporting Authority (ACARA).
Data collected is for calculating the Index of Socio Educational Advantage (SEA) model that determines schools that qualify for special assistance. Collected student background data includes the following:
- The gender of your child;
- The country of birth of your child;
- Aboriginality, or other ethnicities;
- Your occupation and educational qualifications (in very broad terms); and,
- The main languages/dialect spoken at home by parents/guardians and your child.
This information may have been provided by parents and guardians when the child first enrolled at the College.
Collected information will be confidential and used for its intended purpose only. No individual person or school will be identifiable and linked with the results.
