 Dear Parents and Guardians,

I am writing to inform you of an important change regarding student access to the canteen during recess and lunch times.

Following several incidents involving some students bringing money from home without parental consent and using it inappropriately, a decision has been made to adjust the current canteen arrangements. Effective immediately, all Year One and Two students will no longer be permitted to bring money to school for the purchase of icy poles, ice-creams, slushies, or any other items from the canteen during recess or lunch.

Please note that families can still access these items for their children by placing orders through the Spriggy Schools App, which remains the preferred and secure method for canteen purchases.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work together to promote responsible behaviours and ensure the wellbeing of all students.
