Vocal Talents

At the beginning of the 2025 school year, Amy Tawodzera and Ivy Scott (Year 5) were selected to join an exclusive “Dreamers” singing group as an introduction to the Studio Choir for One Big Voice. There were only 10 talented students chosen from over 150 primary schools across WA … two of those coveted spots went to our incredible Salvado singers!

They both attended choral workshops over a few weekends and also had the chance to sing in recording sessions, the recorded songs have become part of the One Big Voice catalogue for all schools learning repertoire.

Both Amy and Ivy proudly represented Salvado Catholic College showcasing their talents. Listen out for great things from these gifted vocalists!

Running Ace

At the HBF Fun Run on 25 May, some of our Year 10 and 11 students participated in the event. Among them, Year 10 student, Duku Jansuk finished 10th out of all competitors in the Specsavers 12kmrace, and won the 13-15 year old division! His times were incredible!

Then at the ACC Cross Country yesterday, Duky beat 400 participants, and won the U16 Division, bringing home the Gold Medal for the College! Excellent results, Duku! Congratulations, and we are so proud of you!
