The Language Centre students have thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make meat pies in their Food Technology class.
For many, it has been an exciting opportunity to explore a new cuisine while connecting with their own culinary traditions.
The hands-on experience of preparing the filling, making the pastry, and baking the pies has been both fun and educational, with students sharing tips and techniques from their home countries.
It's not only allowed them to develop practical cooking skills but also fostered a sense of community as they bond over their shared love of food.
