YEAR 10 DIGITAL ART

Students have worked in Adobe Photoshop for their last CAT for the year. They had to create an image that evoked a certain emotion in the viewer and explain what that was and how they went about creating the digital artwork. They presented this in a PowerPoint format to show the thoughts and processes they took, some of the PowerPoints have been included here with their finished digital artworks. They had to use at least one, and in many cases two or more special techniques to help communicate their visual message to the viewer. Such as “glow” technique, or removing all colour in the background and keeping the subject matter as the focal point using colour to attract the eye. The results are varied and interesting with the students having created some great work.
