Curiosity ELC Christmas Celebration

The Curiosity families gathered on Tuesday evening to celebrate some of the children’s learning throughout the year. The Orange team retold the story “Whatcha Building?” reflecting on their Construction inquiry. 

The Green Team showcased their beat and rhythm learning with Mrs Mac from Music and Movement in drumming “The Little Drummer Boy”. 

The Blue Team celebrated their walks around the community and their excursion to the Botanic Gardens and sang “The Walking Bus”. 

All the children then led us in a Worship song to celebrate Christmas, called “Born to bring us Joy”. It was a joy filled evening in which the children could share their learning in a meaningful and fun way, and it was lovely to see the excitement on the children’s faces when they could see that their families were watching them perform.

We look forward to celebrating the year again, next Thursday 11 December with our Graduation and Blessing, and picnic. After picking your child up from Curiosity by 3:20pm (no Afternoon Program is offered that day), please meet your child’s Lead Educator in the church at 4:50pm, ready for a 5pm start. All Curiosity children are involved. The children need to wear their Curiosity uniform, with navy or plain hair accessories please.
