Care and Connection

Coffee and Connect

And just like that, we are close to the end of the year!

How is your child feeling about all the end of year activities that are happening at the moment? How are you going?

We will be gathering tomorrow for our final Coffee and Connect for 2025.  Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our weekly get togethers. It has been lovely to have a space where people are free to share their joys and challenges with others, in a safe and supportive environment. I look forward to gathering with you again next year over a cuppa as we welcome new friends in 2026.

God bless you all.

KAPS Recap

We started our celebrations a little early on Sunday with our Christmas in November themed KAPS event. We created Christmas decorations, iced honey biscuits, experienced worship together (with a live band) and finished the evening with a meal. All in all, a lot of fun!

While this was our final KAPS for the year... we are excited to share that we will be back again next year... We'll keep you posted!

God bless you all this Christmas and keep you safe throughout the holiday season.

Do you like camping and sharing time with other people who like to have fun? Here’s an idea! SPIN is a four-day, three-night, statewide camp in January (13th-16th) for young people in years 4-6 (in 2025) to experience an inclusive and encouraging community and grow in relationship with Jesus and others.

This year’s theme is ‘All Creatures Great and Small’. Significant sponsorship is offered to first time campers by the LLL (You just pay $50). For those who have attended this camp before, Good Shepherd Congregation offers a subsidy, just ask Georgie. The camp is held at Camp Kedron, Barmera (Riverland SA).

For more information, contact Georgie here, or head to SPIN to register.
