Year 3/4 News
Leannder, Dilan, and Soraya
It has been a busy and exciting term in Years 3/4, with students showing enthusiasm, resilience, and excellent participation across many activities.
Our students successfully took part in swimming lessons, where they developed their confidence and water safety skills. We were also very proud of the effort and determination shown during the Cross Country event. Students encouraged one another and demonstrated wonderful sportsmanship throughout the day.

As a school community, we commemorated Anzac Day with respect and reflection, taking time to learn about and honour those who have served our country. We also enjoyed celebrating Mother’s Day, with students creating thoughtful gifts and sharing their appreciation for the special people in their lives.
In English, students explored autobiographies and information texts, learning how to identify key features and structure their own writing clearly and creatively. In Mathematics, we focused on location and multiplication, building students’ problem-solving skills and mathematical understanding.
In Inquiry, students investigated the food chain and used their research skills to write informative reports showcasing their knowledge of living things and ecosystems.
We are very proud of the students’ hard work this term and thank you for your ongoing support.
