Presidential Praise

Long overdue gratitude and thank you to the amazing outgoing President Sharon Wright.

Sharon has helmed the PFA committee to good steed for the past few years.

We thank you on behalf of the past and present Parents and Friends Association (PFA) members and the MGSC school community for what you have done at MGSC.

Thank you Sharon for your contribution.

PFA in Action

The PFA main role is to fundraise for school resources to ensure our students can reach their full potential through the PFA Grants.

We also hope to foster a greater sense of school community through PFA activities and will be planning more events.

Upcoming events that the PFA will be involved in are:

Hadestown productions - serving refreshments
Election Day BBQ and cake stall
Movie Night

We will need assistance in running these events, so if you are able to volunteer your time, that would be greatly appreciated. Keep an eye out on Compass for notifications.

Second-hand uniform shop

Extra Hours first two Fridays of Term 3

In addition to Tuesday afternoon (2:45pm to 3:45pm) the shop will be open Friday mornings -

8:15 to 9:15am - Friday 17 July

8:15 to 9:15am - Friday 24 July

Volunteers Welcome

We are always looking for new volunteers to help out at anytime. Without volunteers, the shop cannot operate, so if you can spare an hour, we would love to hear from you.

Uniform donations

Donations are always appreciated (no more skirts required). Remember, 100% of sales go directly towards valuable resources for the school.
