The BSC Parents’ Association plays a vital role in strengthening the relationship between parents and the school. Our purpose is to foster connection and communication within the school community, and we invite you to be part of it.
Joining the committee is a fantastic opportunity to meet other parents, teachers and the school leadership team. We encourage you to get involved and play a vital role in maintaining our strong and vibrant school community.
Dear Parents and Carers,
We would like to invite all parents and carers to the 2026 Beaumaris Secondary College Parents’ Association Annual General Meeting, to be held at the college on Tuesday 28 April at 7:00pm (enter via Reception). Refreshments will be provided.
Stephen Bourbon (Principal) will be present on the night and we will elect the new Parents’ Association committee for 2026, which includes the following positions:
The Parents’ Association serves as a valuable platform for parents to connect with each other and provide support to our wonderful college.
Please return the attached nomination form via email to beaumaris.sc@education.vic.gov.au or in person by 4:00pm on Tuesday 28 April 2026.
Additionally, the Constitution of Beaumaris Secondary College Parents’ Association is attached for your reference. To participate in the election process, all members must sign and complete a Registration Form and hold a valid Working with Children Check.

2026 Meeting Dates
We are also seeking committee members to help guide the Parents' Association throughout the year. If you are passionate about building a strong school community and would like to take on a more active role, we would love to hear from you. Committee roles involve assisting with planning events, coordinating activities and helping to shape the direction of our parent group. No prior experience is needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to contribute!
The new committee for 2026 will be elected at our AGM, to be held on Tuesday 28 April at 7.00pm. Details to follow. All members must sign and complete a Registration Form and hold a valid Working with Children Check.
Personal Growth: Develop new skills, gain leadership experience and make a meaningful difference in your child’s education.
We welcome and encourage all parents and carers to participate, regardless of availability or previous volunteer experience. Any contribution is invaluable.
