Our Year 9 & 10 You Are What You Eat students recently took on the challenge of designing and preparing a healthy meal aligned with the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating.
Working to a design brief, students planned dishes tailored to the preferences, dietary needs and restrictions of their family members. From concept to creation, they applied a range of food preparation skills, presentation techniques and evaluation processes.
It was fantastic to see the creativity and care students put into their meals, showcasing both their practical skills and their ability to design with purpose.
