Salvado Catholic College Advisory Council – Expression of Interest for 2026

The College’s Advisory Council (CAC) represents the school community and actively promotes and supports the Catholic ethos of the school. The CAC provides parents and community members with an opportunity to contribute and provide expertise to the Principal and School Leadership Team to meet the present and future needs of its students. 

Expressions of Interest for positions on the College Advisory Council for 2026 are now open. We are seeking to fill two positions on the Council. 

Criteria for membership includes: 

• Professional skills and attributes that will be an asset to the College 

  (eg:  Communications & marketing, Risk & Compliance, Building, etc)

• A deep interest in the welfare of all students and staff 

• A desire to give service to the Catholic School Community 

• Enthusiasm to promote our College community and Catholic schooling 

• An ability to work cooperatively and constructively with all other members of the Advisory Council 

• Availability and time to attend at least one meeting per term

If you meet the criteria above, the College invites you to submit an Expression of Interest by no later than 3pm on Wednesday 12 November 2025. Prior to recommendation and nomination for election at the Annual General Meeting on the 27 November, I will contact nominees to discuss their suitability for the role.
