Year 11 River Cruise

What a night! Our Year 11 students set sail on the Crystal Swan for their river cruise and made it one to remember. With the city lights sparkling in the background, everyone danced the night away, enjoyed plenty of pizza, and even turned a quiet bus wait into an impromptu dance battle. The energy, laughter, and good vibes carried right through the night.

A huge thank you to the 16 staff members who joined the cruise and helped make the evening so special — and an extra big shout-out to Mrs Merry, our Year 11 Coordinator, for her incredible organisation and attention to detail. Thanks to her efforts, everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

It was a fantastic celebration of friendship, fun, and the end of a big year. Hopefully, it’s a night our Year 11s will remember for a long time to come!

Year 9 OLNA Testing

Please note that OLNA Testing for Year 9 students will not be taking place this term. Please read the attached letter for more information.

Year 9 Bike Rescue Program

Salvado has been given the amazing opportunity to partake in Dismantled’s Bike Rescue Program (https://www.dismantle.org.au/bikerescue/), and it has been fully subsidised by Transperth as a part of their promotion of the Byford Rail Link.

Participating students are mentored through the restoration of two bicycles each, which are then donated.

The course will be five all-day sessions, every Tuesday in Weeks 5 – 9 of Term 4. Students must nominate as soon as possible (no later than Monday) to be eligible to receive one of the ten available spots. The EOI form is available in SEQTA Notices.
