Congratulations Mason - Third Place Discus Divisional Athletics

Mason participated in the Divisional Athletics in Warrambool last week and placed third in the 12 year old boys Discus event with a throw of 20.39m. This qualifies Mason to participate in the Regional Athletics event in Ballarat in October. Congratulations Mason. 

Congratulations Dustin - Eighth place HDSA Cross Country 

Dustin was one of the 10 GSPS students who competed in the Hamilton District Sports Association Cross Country event yesterday. Dustin placed eighth and has the opportunity to progress to the Division Cross Country in Warrnambool next week. Congratulations Dustin. 

HDSA Cross Country 

10 students from GSPS qualified to participate in the HDSA Cross Country at Lake Hamilton yesterday and represented our school with respect, responsibility and resilience. We are exceptionally proud of Riley, Abel, Lotus, Dexxter, Evie-Lee, Evie, James, Nick, Selene and Dustin for their efforts. 

GSPS Cross Country 

Congratulations to everyone who competed in the GSPS Cross Country event earlier this term. Everyone participated to the best of their abilities and circumstances on the day, and demonstrated our school values of respect, responsibility and resilience. 

We presented ribbons to third place on the day and everyone enjoyed a well earnt zooper dooper at the conclusion of the running. 

We look forward to upcoming excursions taking place in PE this term, and to enjoying more days of sport as a whole school over the coming months.
