House Spirit on Display: Tug of War Challenge

Our school oval was buzzing with energy as the House Leadership Team recently hosted an exciting Tug of War Challenge for students in year 7 as a way to introduce them to the Cecil Hills High School House system. The event was designed to promote teamwork, house pride, and some friendly competition, all while giving students the opportunity to earn valuable house points.

Students eagerly gathered to represent their houses, showing determination, strength, and plenty of enthusiasm as they battled it out in a series of closely contested matches. The atmosphere was electric, with loud cheers and chants echoing across the grounds as houses rallied behind their teams.

The challenge not only tested physical strength but also highlighted the importance of communication, strategy, and unity. It was fantastic to see students coming together, supporting one another, and demonstrating true house spirit.

A big congratulations to the winning house Whitlam and all the students who participated and to the House Leadership Team for their organisation and leadership in delivering such a successful event.

We look forward to more exciting house events throughout the year as the race for house points continues!
