Bookmark Design Competition 

Our annual Bookmark Design Competition is now open. Every year we invite students to submit designs for our library bookmarks – and we select 6 designs to be professionally printed and made available when students borrow from the library. The closing date is Friday 27 March so there is still plenty of time to get creative! 

Library Activities 

This term has been a lively and creative one at the library! Our Tuesday Craft & Connect sessions have brought students together to relax, chat, and enjoy hands-on creativity (including badge making, friendship bracelets and more). Thursdays have also been full of fun with Build & Board, where students gather to build with LEGO and explore a variety of board games. We also celebrated International Women’s Day with a special photo booth where students gathered with friends to pledge support – there was a fantastic turnout with plenty of smiles along the way. 

Book Finder 

Finding the right book to read next can be a challenge. The library has a wide variety of books on display, making it a great place to start browsing—and we’re always happy to offer recommendations! Students can also go online and complete our Book Finder form to share their interests and preferences, and we will send them a personalised list of reading suggestions.
