MEET OUR INCLUSION TEAM

Leaders

 At Viewbank College, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every student feels welcomed, supported, and able to succeed. As a leadership team we are committed to working closely with staff, students, and families to strengthen inclusive practices across the school.

We support teachers in responding to the diverse learning needs of students, share effective classroom strategies, and help ensure that all students can actively participate in their learning. Through leadership and collaboration, we help foster a culture where every student is encouraged to grow, feel confident, and reach their potential.

Integration Aides

Viewbank College are also proud to have a dedicated team of Integration Aides who make a meaningful contribution to our school community. Working alongside classroom teachers, they provide additional support to students who may need help with their learning, organisation, or confidence during lessons.

Through their patience, encouragement, and care, they help create supportive classrooms where students feel comfortable to participate and engage in their learning. We greatly value the commitment and positive impact our Integration Aides bring to our school each day.
