YEAR 7 IMMUNISATIONS  

 Year 7 immunisations will be held on Thursday 30th April 2026.   

Vaccines:  

Human Papillomavirus (HPV) - single injection  

Diphtheria-tetanus-whooping cough (pertussis) - single injection  

Parents/carers are required to access the below link to consent or deny the vaccines.  It is important that a response either way is received via this link.  A confirmation email will be sent on completion of the form, and you can log back in and change consent at a later date if required.

EXPIRY DATE FOR CONSENT:   Sunday 26th April 2026. No written or verbal consent will be accepted. Only Students that have consent via link will be vaccinated.
