Breakfast Club

All students are welcome to join us for a free hot breakfast every Tuesday and Wednesday morning in the Jacaranda Building.

We look forward to seeing you all and supporting a positive start to the school day.

Auditions for The Wiz!

This year’s school production at Dandenong High School will be our first musical in 18 years!

We will be presenting The Wiz!

Which is an adaptation of ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’ by L. Frank Baum. Book by William F. Brown. Additional Material by Tina Tippit. Music and Lyrics by Charlie Smalls.

The Wiz tells the tale of farm-girl Dorothy from Kansas, who dreams of getting out and seeing the world. When she is caught in a tornado, Dorothy and her house are whisked away to the magical land of Oz. There she encountered Munchkins, good and wicked witches, brainless scarecrows, heartless tin woodsmen and cowardly lions all on her way to meet The Great and Terrible Wizard of Oz…who just might be able to get her home.

Inspired by the music of Motown, R&B and Jazz The Wiz is an exciting musical with catchy songs, bright and colourful characters and thrilling adventure.

Auditions for The Wiz will be held Monday 2nd of March (Week 6) in the MC Theatre afterschool at 3:30pm.

Callbacks for Lead Roles will be held Wednesday 4th of March (Week Six) in the MC Theatre afterschool at 3:30pm.

Rehearsals start Wednesday 11th March. 3:30pm in the MC Theatre.
