Cricket

Valiant efforts from our Year 7 Boys and Senior Girls, who participated in Interschool Cricket this year, from Beachside District to Southern Metro Regional, and for our girls this included a State Semi Final. Thank you to all the players, coaching staff members and team helpers.

Our Year 12 Students, who were playing cricket, did not miss the opportunity to participate in dress up day. The theme being 'Future self or teachers', coach Beames was the perfect choice. Thank you Ms Beames for your commitment to senior girls cricket these past few years.

Track and Field

Thank you to the families of the SMR participants, we appreciate your support for this event. Congratulations to those who went along. While there were no state qualifying times, we are proud of your efforts all the same.

After announcing the Beachside Track and Field results in the previous Cheltonian, we are extremely proud to announce that winning the 12/13 Boys 800m, 400m and 200m earned Thadeus M the 12/13 Boys Beachside Sports Champion. Thadeus went on to compete in these events at regionals where he placed 3rd, 4th, and 4th. Congratulations to Benjamin S, who came 2nd in the 100m at the same event.
