R U OK? Day

On Thursday 10th September, we came together as a school community to celebrate R U OK? Day. A powerful reminder to check in with those around us and start meaningful conversations.

A huge thank you to Headspace Armstrong Creek, Surf Coast Youth and Woolworths Torquay for playing such an important role in helping us nurture a caring, connected and supportive school community.

Let’s keep the conversations going, not just today, but every day.R U OK? inspires and empowers everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation, because asking “R U OK?” really can make a difference.

A conversation can change a life.

School Wellbeing Team

This is a great opportunity to introduce the Wellbeing Team and the support we offer. We’re here to help students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn, whether that’s through a quick check-in, individual support, group programs, or whole-school wellbeing activities. We work closely with students, families, and staff, so please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your child’s wellbeing.

A new exciting initiative for 2026 is our Wellbeing Self-Referral form. This provides students a private and easy way to let us know they’d like to check in, ask for help, or talk about something that’s on their mind. Support is confidential, and a member of the Wellbeing Team will follow up with the student after the form is submitted.

Students can access this form via Compass under ‘School Favourites’ (the star icon). or via this link - Wellbeing Self Referral Form
