2027 Re-Enrolment 

We would like to thank all families who have completed the Re-Enrolment process. 

If you have not completed or paid your Re-Enrolment deposit or submitted your Re-Enrolment Agreement form yet, we ask that you notify the school of your intentions. 

Re-Enrolment 2027 is open until Friday, 21 August. This process secures your child’s place at St Monica’s College for 2027 and will not be complete until both the Re-Enrolment Agreement form has been successfully submitted to the College and the Re-Enrolment deposit has been paid.

After submission of the Re-Enrolment Agreement Form, you will be redirected to the Community Portal. If you are not redirected, the Community Portal can also be accessed using the following link: https://commportal.stmonicas-epping.com/

Alternatively, you can access the Community Portal using the following steps:

1. Go to the St Monica’s College website

2. Choose the MY SMC tab

3. Press on your “Community Portal” 

4. Enter your Username and your Password

Your username will consist of a numeric sequence of numbers and is not your email address. 

If you have forgotten your password, please select “Forgot Password”, enter your username, and select send. A notification will be sent to your preferred email address on file, allowing you to reset your password. 

Please note that Community Portal credentials are different to PAM credentials. 

Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder as often legitimate emails are incorrectly marked as spam. If you are still unable to access the Community Portal, please contact Augustine House Reception on 9409 8800.

To pay your Re-Enrolment Deposit use the following steps:

1. In the Events tab select “Attending” to re-enrol each student

2. Follow Payment Prompts 

3. Complete the process again for any remaining students.

Please note, the Re-Enrolment Deposit must be paid separately for each student, and the College requires all Re-Enrolment Deposit payments be submitted online via the Community Portal.

Finalising Term 3 Tuition Fees

We would like to thank those families that have been making regular instalments towards their fee obligations. If you have not yet made a payment for Term 3, we kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible, as it is now considered overdue.

A reminder that regular instalments are required from the start of the school year as part of your child's enrolment at St Monica’s College. If you are not on a school-administered payment plan, payments are due in four equal instalments by the second week of each term.

Please note that extra-curricular activities are not included on your Fees Account Statement. Any additional charges for these activities will be billed separately with their own Terms and Conditions.

Payment Plans

We would like to remind families that it is never too late to sign up for a school administered payment plan. St Monica's College offers both Direct Debit and Credit Card payment options. 

Extended tuition account due dates are in place for families on a St Monica’s College school administered payment plan.

Application forms can be obtained by contacting the fees office directly or can be completed in person  at College Reception at Augustine House (400 Dalton Road, Epping VIC 3076). 

Should you choose to sign up to a school administered payment plan, you will be opted- in for future years unless you choose to opt-out.
