Learning in 3/4G

The students of 3/4G have worked incredibly hard throughout this term and should be very proud of all they have achieved. They have approached their learning with enthusiasm, persistence and a positive attitude, making the most of every opportunity in the classroom.

This term, students enjoyed writing thoughtful pen pal letters to our friends in London, developing their writing skills while learning about life in another country. They enthusiastically participated in a range of Italian Day activities, immersing themselves in Italian language and culture. In Mathematics, students explored measurement by accurately measuring objects using millimetres, centimetres and metres. They also had great fun in our cooking classes, where they followed recipes and created some delicious treats.

One of the highlights of the term was writing persuasive letters to Miss Gale, where students used strong arguments and convincing language to explain why they should be allowed to have some special additions at school. Their creativity and persuasive writing skills were on full display.

Another highlight was our World Ocean Day. During World Ocean Day, students learnt about the importance of protecting our oceans and marine life and discussed ways they can help care for our environment. They enjoyed creating ocean-themed artwork and proudly dressed up in a variety of creative costumes inspired by the sea, making it a fun and memorable day for everyone.

We are extremely proud of the effort, growth and achievements of all students in 3/4G and look forward to another exciting term of learning ahead.
