Athletics Carnival
K-6 Athletics Carnival will be held Tuesday 9th June. The carnival will be held at Barton Oval. If you haven't already, please submit the permission form ASAP.
Students interested in participating in shot put, long jump, and high jump for the upcoming athletics carnival are invited to attend prequalification sessions. These will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Weeks 6 and 7. Students may wear their sports uniform on these days.
Pre-ordered sausage sizzle meals will be available on the day. Please submit your order through School Bytes. Information and the order form will be sent out today.
PSSA
All students taking part in PSSA need to wear the correct uniform, including the correct PSSA soccer socks. The correct uniform ensure students look great as a team and show school spirit!
Simultaneous Storytime
On Wednesday, 27th May, K-4 students will participate in the 2026 National Simultaneous Storytime with CHS. The official book for the 26th annual event is Luna Roo: The Kangaroo Baller, written by Adam Jackson and Adrian Lloyd, and illustrated by Jake Minton. National Simultaneous Storytime celebrates literacy, imagination, and connection through the joy of shared reading.
Walk Safely to School Day
Please join our walking bus on Thursday 28 May to acknowledge Walk Safely to School Day.
Pyjama Day - Wednesday 3rd June
The SRC is happy to announce that we will be holding Pyjama Day on 3rd June. Students are invited to come to school dressed in their favourite pyjamas instead of their school uniform. A gold coin donation is encouraged on the day. Please ensure students wear clothing and footwear that are comfortable, appropriate and safe for normal school activities. We look forward to seeing everyone enjoy a fun and cosy Pyjama Day.
