Interact 2025 Wrap Up

2025 was a fantastic year for the Koonung Secondary Interact Club led by presidents Khushi Patel and Betha Bingley. In semester 1 the club ran a bake sale and chocolate toss to raise $300 to purchase and then construct birthday kits for Birthing Kits Australia. These kits made up of items like soap, gloves, gauze, and sterile blades, are then sent to needy countries and communities to make giving birth safer for pregnant women. In Semester 2 we once again ran our Trivia Night and raised $1650 for Teams Sports 4 All who give kids living in poverty across Australia the opportunity play sport. Thank you to Secretary Tehmi Harding, Treasurer Sienna Forest, Nigel and Joe from Rotary, and all of the members of the Koonung Interact Club. The work you do makes a difference.
