Term 4 Sport Ed Class vs Class Competition

This term, our Year 7 and Year 8 students have competed in our Sport Education Class vs Class Competition with outstanding enthusiasm. Each week, the Year 7 and 8 classes faced off in a range of sports designed to encourage teamwork, friendly rivalry and sportspersonship.

The competition aims to bring students in each class together through positive competition while modelling our School’s values of collaboration, endeavour, resilience and respect. It has been fantastic to see students supporting one another, encouraging peers to get involved and displaying sportsmanship in every game.

Our Year 8 students battled it out in basketball, netball, soccer and rounders, showing impressive skill development and a real commitment to fair play. Meanwhile, the Year 7 classes took on an extended program, competing in basketball, netball, soccer, rounders and multi-sports, giving everyone the chance to show off their sporting strategies and skills. Each week, the teachers also recognised two students from every class with a Best and Fairest Award, celebrating not only skill but leadership, effort and integrity on the court or field.

We commend our two Class Competition champions;

8B – Year 8 Champions

7B – Year Champions
