ITALIAN DAY – MONDAY 30th JUNE  

Italian day is fast approaching. Here is some information about the day and also some reminders.

Before school 

Selfie station - This year there will be a selfie station on the courtyard. Parents are welcome to take a photo of their own children dressed up on this special day.

Coffee cart – What a better way to get into the theme of the day with a cup of coffee! Parents association will have the coffee cart set up before school for Adults there on the day.

Assembly

Parents, family members and friends are invited to join us for our whole school assembly to launch the day. This will commence at 8.55am in the hall. 

After assembly, students will be involved in a number of activities throughout the day to go with the theme of the day.  In the afternoon they will watch a performance called “l’ingrediente segreto” ( The secret ingredients)

REMINDERS

1.  Have you got your costume/outfit ready? Our theme is “All things Italian “Students are able to come dressed to fit in with our theme or they s are able to wear the Italian colours of green, white and red.

    

2. We are having a free pizza lunch and gelato. Remember to hand in your preference order form to the office. IF YOU  HAVE NOT YET RETURNED YOUR ORDER FORM FOR PIZZA AND GELATO AND YOUR CHILD WOULD LIKE TO HAVE PIZZA AND GELATO ON THE DAY,   PLEASE DO SO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

If any parents are free to help with serving pizza and gelato on the day it would be much appreciated.
