Kildare Campus Update

It is a joy to see our students and staff settling into their wonderful new environment so well and the campus coming to life with student artwork and personal touches.

There was great excitement this week with the completion of the wet pour to the outdoor gym (rubberised surface) enabling students to use the equipment for the first time!

Kildare Campus Stage 2 Update

Stage 2 is progressing well and students are loving watching the works unfold right before their eyes! Progress on both the Specialist Building and second Learning Building are currently on track and it will be very exciting to see the framework go up in just a few short weeks!

Current Progress:

• Irrigation temporary removal done
• Specialist Building HD bolts on site
• Specialist Building steel fabrication of steel almost complete
• Learning Building steel fabrication commenced
• External stormwater works ongoing
• Specialist Building slab preparation 75% complete (Pour 1 complete)
• Learning Building slab preparation 50% complete (Pour 1 complete)
• Blinding in both buildings 100% complete

Anticipated progress over the coming weeks:

• Specialist Building slab cement pour - 2 and 3
• Learning Building slab cement pour 2
• External stormwater to be completed
• Electrical underground works to be completed
• Steel – specialist fabricated, start on site in 3 weeks
