Hello and welcome to this edition of our school newsletter.
Today I'm reporting live from Toasted!
It's a particularly interesting one because it is Guidance Officer Week, and our guidance officers have been working hard providing breakfast for our students today.
Well, Term 2 we've started but so many things have gone on already. We've had the Cross Country, we've had Open Day, we've had our school ANZAC ceremony, which was stunning. Our students were so well behaved and so respectful of the ceremony. Then we headed down to the community ceremony on the Saturday where our choir and our bugler did an amazing job.
Big shout out to Issak Judd. He's in year 12 and this is his last year of playing that beautiful bugle for our Anzac Day ceremonies on behalf of our school.
This week has been another busy one and we're finalising all the reporting for Term 1.
So you'll be getting those very soon. It'll be a great opportunity to talk to your young people about their report cards and how they've gone and what they want to improve on in this coming term.
Just a reminder that Labor Day is coming up next Monday, so please, to you and your families, enjoy time together in this beautiful winter weather.
Until next time, farewell.
