STEM Report

 Hello everyone and welcome to the final STEM report for 2025. As the year's end is approaching, I'd like to say a big thankyou to all the staff and helpers who have made the STEM program possible this year. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes, such as preparing resources, sorting materials and packing up. Without student helpers and staff volunteering their time, it would be near impossible to run fun and engaging lessons that children love. 

 Below are some students from 1/2D enjoying their STEM unit on sound. During the term, students investigated different kinds of sounds, how sounds are made from vibrations and were given the opportunity to plan and create their own musical instruments.

To finish with, I'd like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday break, whether it be going on family vacations or celebrating with friends. Take some time to relax, laugh and enjoy your surroundings. Use the break as an opportunity to explore new places, try new foods, learn new skills or even go on an adventure. I look forward to hearing all about it in 2026.
