Principal report

Term Four review
What an amazing term it has been for our students participating in sporting events, including soccer and volleyball. All of the training at lunchtime and recess definitely paid off, with our teams bringing home some flags for the school!
This year, Faris, Kiara, Shams and Qamar, along with their families, attended the Children’s University graduation to receive their certificates. Held at Swinburne University, it was a wonderful evening recognising their extra-curricular achievements throughout the year. For more information about the program, visit Children's University | Swinburne. In 2026 we will be opening up places for students in grade 3 - 6.
It waIt was fantastic to see every student’s artwork on display, with their efforts recognised by peers, parents and our wider school community. Special congratulations to Aariana in Prep, whose artwork was selected for the Hume Anthology 2025.
The school performance was as big as ever, with some memorable movie scenes brought to life by our very own little movie stars.
Students in Prep, Year 1 and Year 2 enjoyed getting up close to animals from all over the world during their recent zoo visits.
As the term wrapped up, we celebrated with Success Awards, a Volunteer Morning Tea, Graduation, and Fun Fields for our Grade 6 students. Families are also invited to join us for the Guard of Honour on Friday at 1:15 pm, from the big tree to the junior playground.
In 2026 we will be changing to one-hour sessions.
