Year Four and so much More

This week in Literacy, our classes loved immersing themselves in the shortlisted books for Book Week. We read a number of the wonderful books, each followed by an activity that encouraged students to make meaningful connections to their own lives and experiences.

This week also reminded us that picture storybooks are not just for younger readers. The enthusiasm, engagement and enjoyment shown by all students made it clear just how much these stories can inspire readers of all ages.
