Father’s Day Drinks on Friday 5th September 

As Father’s Day falls on the week before Spring Carnival, this year the PFA will be holding  Father's Day Drinks instead of a BBQ.

Catch up with CPS dads and father figures for drinks, dinner and an AFL final!

Fathers & Special Person’s Stall 

The PFA will be holding our much loved Fathers & Special Person’s Stall on Friday 5th September. 

Children will be offered an opportunity to purchase a gift for the special men in their lives. Gifts will range between $2 to $6, so if you would like your child/ren to purchase a gift, please send cash to school next Friday. 

Each class will visit the stall at an allocated time during the morning, with each child permitted to buy one gift during the allocated time. Students are welcome to return to the stall at recess time to buy additional gifts if they wish (i.e. for grandfathers).  

Giftwrappers needed!

Volunteers urgently needed to help wrap gifts for the Father’s Day stall.  Gift wrapping will take place this Friday 29th August from 9am-11am.

Popcorn Friday 

Grades 3 - 6 will enjoy Popcorn Friday this week. Pre-orders will be open until 9pm on Thursday night. Cash payments on Friday will still be accepted.  

Popcorn Friday dates for the rest of the term are:

• Fri 29 Aug = Grades 3 - 6
• Fri 12 Sept = Prep - Grade 2

Please note there will be no Popcorn Friday on Friday 5 September due to the Father’s Day Stall taking place that day (and the wonderful Mandi Katzenstein organises both!)
