2025 House Athletics Carnival

Last Friday, 22 of August, Years 3-6 had the opportunity to participate in our Annual House Athletics Carnival. Across the day, students had the opportunity to try out  7 different events, including Discus, Triple Jump, Long Jump, Hurdles, 100m, 800m and a fun series of non-competitive relays as well as 2 events (High Jump and Shot Put) at school. Carnegie students had an awesome time, cheering on their friends and showing extraordinary sportsmanship, all while trying their best in all events.

Although many students won ribbons, only a select few competitors received the ‘Age Group Champion’ certificate.

We would also like to give a massive thank you on behalf of all 3-6 CPS students to all teachers and parent helpers, especially Mr Pollard and Ms Freeman, who helped set up and run events.
