CPS Spring Carnival - Get excited & get involved!

The CPS Spring Carnival & Art Show is less than three weeks away on Saturday 13 September 2025!
Get ready for a fun-filled day of rides, stalls, entertainment, competitions, delicious food and more. It's set to be an unforgettable community event and we need YOUR help to make it amazing! From volunteering on the day to donating goods, there are plenty of ways to get involved and help build the excitement.
Volunteer on the day
We have over 170+ volunteer slots available, and so far we’ve only filled around 50 of them. SignUp here: https://signup.com/go/ONyZgOL
There’s something to suit everyone, including food stalls, art show, kids corner & market hall, plus the option to bake home made goodies for the cake stall.
Slots are for a 2 hour window only, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the Spring Carnival with your family before or after.
Donate toys, books, chocolate, jam & plants
We’re currently accepting donations at the school office for the following items:
• Chocolate (for the popular "Choc Toss" event)
• Jam and preserves
• Gently loved books and toys (only if they’re in good condition please)
• Spare plants or cuttings
Donate to the Silent Auction & Year Level Hampers
Donations to our Silent Auction and Year Level Hampers will close this Friday 29th August.
For the Silent Auction, we’re looking for a great mix of physical items, gift cards and vouchers. Physical donations can be dropped off at the school office while vouchers etc. can simply be emailed to pfa@carnegieps.vic.edu.au
We’re also asking families to donate items towards a different hamper for auction. Below are the hamper themes for each year level, along with some item suggestions. There are boxes in each classroom to leave your hamper donations.
