Crazy Hair and Sock Day

For our Term 1 Fundraiser, on the 25th of March P&F are inviting all students and teachers to wear crazy hair and socks for a gold coin donation.

Come in your most colourful, silliest and craziest hair and socks. School uniform is required on the day. There will be prizes for the craziest hair and socks.

Our main fundraising goal this year is a class set of iPads. Any money raised on Crazy Hair and Sock Day will be going towards this goal.

Expressions of Interest - Mother’s Day Stall Contributions

Parents & Friends are reaching out to our wonderful Bunyip Primary School families to invite you to contribute to this year’s Mother’s Day Stall.

Each year, Parents & Friends runs our Mother's Day Stall, giving students the opportunity to purchase a special gift for their mum or other special person in their life. Gifts range from $1 to $6. This year, we would love to refresh our range with some new and locally made items.

We would especially love to support our talented families who create handmade products. You must hold an ABN, can provide a tax invoice, and make items such as candles, soaps, bookmarks, small pieces of jewellery, knitted or sewn goods, paper crafts, greeting cards, or anything else unique and thoughtful, we would love to hear from you.

Parents & Friends will purchase selected items for up to $4 per piece and sell them at the Mother’s Day Stall, with all profits going to our school.

If you are interested, please email the school by Wednesday March 18th, along with:

  • A brief description of your product(s)
  • The cost per items and
  • The minimum and maximum number you would be willing to supply.

Thank you for helping us make this year’s stall extra special for our students and families.

Epilepsy Day

On the 30th of March the school will be fundraising and raising awareness for epilepsy. All students can come in purple for a gold coin donation. There will be merchandise available at the office.  All money raised will be donated to the Epilepsy Foundation.

What is Epilepsy?

Around 50 million people in the world live with epilepsy, making it one of the most common neurological disorders. Epilepsy is a medical condition that affects the brain and causes seizures.
