Vision for Learning - Staff Professional Learning

Following the collection of data from students, staff and parents through the DISA survey, a peer selected staff group participated in their first Professional Learning session on Wednesday 22 April. This group will analyse the College data and lead staff professional learning that supports a whole-school approach to the development, implementation and sustainability of the College Vision for Learning.

Working closely with both internal and external presenters, the group will continue to build their knowledge and expertise to ensure the process is engaging, collaborative and inclusive. As the Vision for Learning is developed over the next two years, there will be ongoing opportunities for staff, as well as students and parents, to contribute to its formation. 

Over the coming months, parents and students will continue to receive regular updates on the progress of the Salvado Vision for Learning.
