A massive shout out to Miss Bustard and the superb stage three students for leading us in the mass on Friday. It is such a joy to see our seniors leading in a celebration focusing on peace, harmony and the wonderful unique humans that each of us are. Thanks to the staff for helping the young people with this faith opportunity.

This was our final school mass for term 3, as the final Friday is a pupil free day. 

See you all week 2 of term 4 (can you believe it?!).

Father's Day Stall

A massive thank you to everyone who supported our stall last week. We hope everyone enjoyed their tokens of appreciation and love!

A special shout out to the Mini Vinnies team that helped out and Mrs White for your time and planning.  Any profits from this will go towards our fundraising for Missions in October.

The Angelus

Prayer occurs in our school everyday. One of these special traditions is the praying of the Angelus. Traditionally prayed at noon, the Angelus is a beautiful, centuries old Catholic prayer that commemorates the Incarnation, the moment God became man in Jesus Christ through Mary's "yes." As a school we will be praying the Angelus. In the midst of our busy school day, our students and staff will stop what they are doing, quiet their minds, and spend a few moments in shared prayer. It is a wonderful daily reminder for all about God’s constant presence in our lives, teaching the value of mindfulness, gratitude, and daily reflection. 

The daily bell will begin on Monday, 14th September. If you find yourself calling the school or visiting around 12.25pm, we will all be in prayer at that time for about 2 minutes. 

Remembering

Thursday 3 Sept marked 3 years since we lost our beloved Sr Petra. She was such a wonderful supporter of our school and community. 

We try and remember to care for others and work towards a strong community, in her memory.
