Rhythmic gymnastics champion

Congratulations to Roxana Kanzburg, Year 8, on her exceptional performance at the National Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition held in New Zealand, hosted by Delta Gymnastics.

Competing at Level 6 in this prestigious international event, Roxana impressed judges and audiences alike with her skills and talent.

Roxana secured first place overall, earning a gold medal and the title of overall champion. Her standout routines included a gold medal-winning performance in ribbon and a bronze medal in free hand (FX).

Reflecting on her experience, Roxana shared:

'It was an incredible experience, and I am proud of what I achieved out there. While this journey came with its own challenges, my club and coaches were an amazing support for me, and they helped me push through to gain these results.'

Success in Cross Country 

Willow Devine represented Kilvington in the U17 All Schools Cross Country Championships in Bundoora last weekend.

Willow ran the hilly 4km course in 14:26, placing 9th out of a field of 80 girls and earning herself a spot on the Victorian team.

The National Championships will take place on the weekend of 23 August and will be held in Ballarat. Well done, Willow!
