Book Week - Dress Up Day

Well once again our Cavendish school and kinder families have joined in on the fun and came to school on 26th August dressed as a book character for Book Week.  The costumes were fantastic as always.  Thank you to all the parents, grandparents, relations and friends that came to our parade.  It was also lovely to see some Dads here on the day!

Thank you to Merryn and Leesa for bringing up the Kinder children.  It is always great to have them join in.  Merryn read them all the book 'A Fish out of Water'.  The kids learned that it is very important to feed your gold fish only a small amount of food!!

Mrs Steele and Mrs Bell picked some book prize winners.  It was a very hard gig and they had all sorts of trouble deciding.
