Father's Day Activities - 3rd-4th September 

Children at OSHC have been busy with a lot of activities- Last week was our Big Art week: with children's creativity & amazing artwork. We have a white board full of your child's work on display. Children are taking the time to look at the Camp Australia Cookbook giving ideas to plan the menu- we made Fruit Jelly & Rice Paper Rolls.

Wool has been a very popular recourses at the moment- Children making pom poms, God eyes, finger knitting. Makenna was kind enough to show others how to make the god eyes, Charlotte. V showed Educator how to finger knit.

This week is Science week- Monday we used Celery a group of children will observe how the leaves will change colour? Tuesday, we made Jelly cups- how does the jelly turn into a solid?

A Friendly reminder that Children are asked not to bring toys to OSHC unless it has been pre-arranged by Service Leader. Bringing toys into OSHC can lead to big emotions when they are lost or damaged. We have discussed this during our Yarning circle.

We also have a survey for parents and families; there is a $100 voucher prize give away.

We have a flyer with the QR code at our main entrance, at the sign in/out desk and I've also attached it to this newsletter. Thank you to parents who have already completed this.

A friendly reminder to parents- Updating child enrolment of new address, phone number and medical information & this can be done on the parent portal or calling our customer care team on 1300 105 343 Monday to Friday 5am-9pm, 7am- 9pm weekends.
